H Marine is excited to announce that our operational hours have now increased to better support the boating community across Hobart and Southern Tasmania.
As demand for high-quality marine-electrical work continues to grow, we’re expanding our availability to give boat owners more flexibility — whether you’re planning maintenance, scheduling a repair, or preparing for the Tasmanian summer boating season.
This update reflects our ongoing commitment to service, reliability, and innovation within Tasmania’s marine industry.
New Operating Hours (from 1 December 2025)
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
These expanded hours make it easier to book services before or after work, and they provide weekend availability for customers who need on-the-go support or project guidance during their time on the water.
What’s Changed?
Our previous hours were:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
We’ve expanded in two major ways:
- Longer weekdays for improved workshop and onsite service flexibility
- New weekend hours to support Tasmania’s recreational and commercial boaters when they’re most active
This enhancement means faster turnaround, more booking options, and improved responsiveness for both scheduled and urgent work.
After-Hours Phone Support - Now with an AI Phone Agent
For the first time, after-hours phone calls will now be answered by our AI Phone Agent.
This system is trained specifically on H Marine’s offerings and processes. Outside of operating hours, it can:
- Provide general information about our services
- Answer common questions
- Assist with availability
- Create bookings and service requests so we can action them first thing the next morning
- Assist in emergency call outs
This ensures you’re never left without support - even when our workshop is closed.
